The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in changes the way working is perceived. concept of work from home which was previously only associated with specific types had to be implemented for many sectors Malaysia. This novel Malaysia, thus creating a lot uncertainties both law and practice, including issue ethics. mode may new norm future, makes it important examine ethics home. objectives this study are firstly, analyse Islamic ethics, secondly, integrate arrangement. It believed that application by employers employees avoid conflicts at due different expectations.
